Ficelle

Pronounced “fee-sell”; our namesake, Ficelle means “string” in French. The bread is called Ficelle due to its long, skinny “string” shape. It is made from French baguette dough but has a higher crust to crumb ratio than the French baguette. We use Ficelles for the poulet roti sandwich, caprese sandwich, and French Dip sandwich.
