The Café Ficelle English muffin is a fan favorite. They are 4oz and rolled in crushed corn nuts. English muffins are not baked but rather fried in clarified butter. Clarified butter is butter which does not contain milk solids so it can be cooked at a high temperature for prolonged periods of time without burning. Can be used to make the ultimate English muffin breakfast sandwich.
