French Baguette

Through there are dozens of iterations of the baguette we make the Baguette de Tradition; the recipe that was written into French law in 1993. Its ingredients are simply: bread, flour, water, salt, and fresh yeast. They are hand scored (cut) with a sharp razor 5-6 times to give the classic baguette look.
