This is one of the most unique breads one will ever try as it leavened with raisin yeast water. The raisin water process allows raisins and water to ferment for 1 week. The water is then mixed in with flour and covered for1 day. That dough is then mixed with purified water, bread flour, and whole wheat flour and allowed to ferment for 1 more day. That dough is then mixed with bread flour, water, salt and our multigrain seed blend (wheat, barley, corn, millet, soybeans, rye, triticale, oats, rice, sprouted quinoa, and pepitas). Once the loaves are shaped, they are rolled in a mixture of quinoa, millet, and pepitas.
